Quit Smoking Today

,
As long as you want to you can quit smoking today.

I know you are wondering what the heck is he talking about. Bottom line is you can do anything you want if you want it bad enough.

Of course cigarettes are very addictive and for those who do smoke you will agree that quitting the dreaded habit is going to be the toughest thing you ever have to do as long as you live.

Of course if you haven't put any thought into it then it really would be unrealistic to think that you can quit smoking today.

For most people they don't just walk away with out any thought. They usually have to put some thought into things before they set a time and place.

There will be a lot of people who don't believe you can quit. At first you need to try and distance yourself from these people. Quitting smoking is hard enough so you don't need a bunch of negatives around you as well.

Another thing is never be scared to ask for help. Cigarette smoking is more addictive then most street drugs you could ever use so if you need help that really is okay.

You need to understand that we know that when you started smoking yo had no intention of being addicted. You probably did it out of peer pressure or experimentation. What you really didn't know is just how addictive smoking is. Never in your wildest dreams did you think that only after a few smokes you would be a life long addict.

Smoking is a very devastating addiction to not only the smoker but also to the family of the smokers. You see the families usually have to deal with things like cancer and an extremely high amount of money being spent which could go on other things like rent and groceries. the worst part is statistics say that kids of smokers will usually become smokers as well and carry on the deadly trend.

So the time to quit has come. You need to sit back and take a long hard look at to what you are doing to yourself and the people around you. Once you realize the cold hard effects there is a very good chance you will give your smoking a second thought.

At the end of the day life is all about choices. Once you make the decision to quit smoking today then you will be making the decision to save your life and finally will you be able to move forward.

May 6, 2010 Dale became a non smoker after smoking 2 packs a day for 30 years. He now focuses on helping others to take the same step he did. He has decided even helping one person to quit would be a great success.

His other main focus is to work hard on educating kids into never starting the dreaded habit of smoking.
